Now, ladies and gentlemen, we all know that exercise is an essential part of keeping ourselves healthy but some of us struggle to fit in the time, or to find the time, allocate the time, or to get out of bed and actually do the exercise. We know it is so good for us. If this is you, here is a great alternative to some of the traditional options of exercise. This is what is called a recumbent bike.
Obviously, what you will notice immediately is that you are sitting down. You are sitting down comfortably, not like on a normal bike, where you have got quite a small seat, that can become uncomfortable with time. And you have got a great back support, so you’re not actually leaning forward and putting additional pressure on your back. So in terms of the ease of exercise, this is a really great one. By the way, it does come with part-payments, so use those two, if you would like to help you to get this one at home.
The great thing is that, obviously, you have got that seating position which is fantastic, nice, comfortable seat. But it is also really simple to use, no complicated details here. In terms of tracking your exercise, in this little unit that we’ve got on the front, here you have all of the information that will help you to set some goals and help you to motivate yourself, and move forward in the way that you exercise. I’m already getting puffs. So if that doesn’t tell you that this is a good machine, I don’t know what else does. What you have also got is an adjustment here, in terms of the amount of resistance that the pedals are giving you. You have that as well as you control through here, as well as the comfort, and it’s a really great size. So, it’s not a huge piece of equipment as you might see in a similar type of exercise equipment at the gym. Of course, it also means you can have it at home. You can use it and look out at the view, if you are lucky enough to have one. You can watch the TV, you can do it in between cooking dinner. It means that fitting in exercise is going to become a little bit easier. And with a great price, it means that you are not spending the earth to try and do that. If you compare it to the cost of a gym membership, for instance, this is going to come out really affordable, and you can have it forever. What you have here is velcro on your feet. So I have already unclipped myself but if I show you, so this is going to keep me safe. You pop that on like so, and always do try and wear your go-to Footwear. It does help and gets you in the mood a bit more and means that you’re going to feel a bit more comfortable whilst doing it. Then you also have the adjustment that I referred to. This is just a really easy dial, and that just clicks around. And you will feel the way that changes as you are pedaling and be able to determine what’s the appropriate level for you. Then back to this great little computer LCD display that we’ve got here. If you have a look on the top, you will see that we have scan, time, speed, distance, calories, odometer and pulse. Simply by pressing the button, we are going to be able to cycle through all of that information or leave it on the scan setting. And then you will be able to let it cycle through itself and to retrieve the information. As I said to you, that provides you a great way to set goals and targets and yourself – Today I am going to try and burn X number of calories. Or today I’m going to try and go a certain distance. That’s got all of your information on there. One final thing I want to talk to you about which I think is quite unusual, when it comes to home gym equipment, and is that it’s actually got a heart rate sensor here. We saw it on the display that it actually has the pulse section there, or the pulse display there. And that’s going to display your heart rate. All you need to do is put your hand like so, and then as you pedal, you’re going to have your heart rate come up on here. Why is that important? If you are someone who to exercise in a certain heart rate zone, and if you look at a lot of the information that’s what they’re encouraging you to do, then you can use that. Do not let it overwhelm, you if you don’t need it right now. It’s no problem! But if you like to know – hey! I’m doing 100 beats per minute here, I’m pushing myself a little bit, or I’m up to 120, and if that’s motivation for you, then that’s a really great way to help you to improve the output really and to improve the outcomes for you and your body for your exercise. And one last bonus feature I wanted to mention that this length adjustment here is from 112 to 129 centimeters. So you can get your leg length right because if it’s really close, you don’t want to be to close when you’re pedaling, and you don’t want to be away either. You have got to be somewhere in the middle. So that’s great to have that additional thing as well. All in all, it is a really great machine, pop payments available. Help yourself with your exercise!
