Tire inflator

How to inflate bike tires with air compressor? Best cordless tire inflator

If you are fond of your bike, you will do what most owners do to their bike, checking the tire pressure. The improper amount of gas in tires can lead to blowouts, discomfort, flat tire, and so on. So, at least, you should know how to inflate a tubeless tire in case of emergency. Inflating your bike tire is very simple and easy. Here are what you need to do.

Find your tire inflators.

Chances are you have browsed online and found out a lot of tire inflator with gauge products in the market. Consider choosing one that is suitable for you. If you are traveling a lot, surely the portable tire inflator is what you need (more about how to choose portable tire inflator).

Check the tire recommended pressure.

First things first, you will want to check the recommended pressure of the tire. The tire company will give such information on the tire you purchase. Usually, it should be around 28 to 36 psi, depending on your tire type and size. Of course, it will be helpful if you have tire pressure gage.

Pump your tire

First things first, you will want to locate the valve stem of your tire. Then you need to remove the stem caps. Please don’t lose your scaps since you’ll need them back when you are done.
Depending on the type of your cordless inflators, there are manual, automatic, and digital tire inflator with gauge. However, most of them work the same way.
The other thing to consider is that you need to keep your tires cold. The cold tires will give more accurate pressure reading.

Then you will want to attach your cordless tire inflator and pull the air hose to the tire, or flat tire. Then you could start pumping the air.
When you do this, you will want to check the tire pressure now and then to make sure that it is not over inflated or under inflated. Keep in mind that we tell you this presuming you are using manual tire inflator with a gauge. However, if you use automatic portable tire inflator, the device will stop on its own when the pre-set pressure has been attained.
After reaching the desired pressure, you will want to seal the tire with the caps. Make sure you do this at the right time to preserve the air inside the casing.
There are many types of tires that you can have on your bike. Make sure you always read the manuals provided by the tire’s company. Some people often fail to understand the information because the text is easily off on the tire. However, you could find that crucial information in the official site of the tire. ONTEL Air Hawk Cordless Air Compressor is probably the most advanced, almost futuristic air compressor, very convenient and easy to use. Since it is cordless, you can carry it around wherever you go.best portable tire inflator
This cordless tire inflator sucks the atmospheric air through the integrated wents and then compresses it into the tire. It operates safely and conveniently.
It monitors and reads the pressure and then displays it on an LED display. This product is smart, featuring auto stop mode; it will stop once the optimal pressure is reached. Moreover, upon purchase, you receive multiple air nozzles, so that you can use it with vehicles, sports equipment, toys and so forth.
The product is sturdy and durable and will perform over an extended period. Upon purchase, you receive the rechargeable battery, charger, pin attachments (for various use), and a carrying bag. All in all, this is a solid, portable and compact multipurpose air inflator.
There are several downsides to this piece of hardware. Firstly, it inflates very slowly, especially if you have to inflate a more massive object (like an inflatable tool). Furthermore, the battery life is not that great, so you’ll have to recharge it quite often.
It is neatly designed, somewhat robust, compact and very convenient to use, but operates rather slowly. If you are not in a rush and need a portable, cordless compressor, ONTEL Air Hawk isn’t a bad choice. See full video review here.

Air Hawk Pro cordless air compressor review. Automatic cordless tire inflator

Air Hawk Pro is the portable handheld air compressor that works on battery power. But can it really inflate a tire in minutes? That what I’m going to find out in this review of Air Hawk Pro. Air Hawk Pro cordless tire inflator has been advertising for a while but it just showed up in stores here in Las Vegas just this past week, in February 2017. I bought it at a local Target for about $60.

For my first test I’m just going to do some tire inflation and a basketball to see how it works overall. First thing the instructions say is to charge the battery for three hours before use, so I’m going to do that right now. And now we wait.
